Your tasks
✓ End customer and dealer support for large format printing systems
✓ Professional processing of telephone and written customer enquiries in Dutch
✓ Problem identification, error analysis and problem solving by telephone and email
✓ Follow-up and documentation of customer enquiries


Your Profile
✓ Fluent in Dutch and good English skills (B1)
✓ Good telephone customer service skills
✓ No fear of screwdriving on the available LabKit
